Training Registration/Reservation Cancellation Policy

The number of students in each class is limited in order to provide the most effective training. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise at the last minute. However, due to our enforcement of the student limit, we do turn people away when the class is full and we are charged fees to process your payment, therefore unfortunately we must charge a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation once it has been processed, there is a minimum 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation after 7 days there will be a 50% cancellation fee.  If you immediately reschedule for a later class, we will reduce the cancellation fee to 10% if the reservation has already been paid.  If the registration fee has not been paid, we will invoice you for the registration fee less 10%.
